Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system enhances cooling performance and humidity control. The 5TXC coil is an all-aluminum coil designed for maximum heat exchange while resisting corrosion better than traditional copper/aluminum designs. With a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV), it provides precise refrigerant control for optimal efficiency and consistent indoor comfort.
